Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our business we do not accept returns.

EXCEPTIONS:

1. YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED ( FABRIC RIPS, TEARS, DEFECTS, SPOTS)

2. YOUR ITEM IS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE ( WE WILL ASK YOU FOR A PICTURE AS PROOF)

3. YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG COLOR ( NOT LIKING THE COLOR DOES NOT APPLY, SINCE WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO ORDER SWATCHES). THIS ONLY APPLIES TO SITUATIONS LIKE "RECEIVED BLUE INSTEAD OF YELLOW".

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We are curently shipping to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zeeland. If you are located in a country we do not ship to and wish to purchase our items, please Contact Us

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to process an order, but it may take up to 4 weeks. If you are placing an order for Bridesmaid Dresses, please note it can take up to 6 weeks for your order to ship.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
